Refund Policy:

- The courier will issue the refund upon collecting the item, provided it is:
- In good condition
- Unworn
- In its original packaging
- Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Items must be:
- In good condition
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- Items that are out of stock cannot be exchanged.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs for approved refund or exchange requests.
- Each order is eligible for only one post-purchase action (refund or exchange).

- Each order includes up to 3 delivery attempts:
- The courier will try to contact you by phone up to 3 times.
- If unreachable or delivery fails, the order will be returned to us.
