REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy:

  • Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The courier will issue the refund upon collecting the item, provided it is:
    • In good condition
    • Unworn
    • In its original packaging
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Items must be:
    • In good condition
    • Unworn
    • In original packaging
  • Items that are out of stock cannot be exchanged.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs for approved refund or exchange requests.
  • Each order is eligible for only one post-purchase action (refund or exchange).

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Each order includes up to 3 delivery attempts:
    • The courier will try to contact you by phone up to 3 times.
    • If unreachable or delivery fails, the order will be returned to us.
  • You can track your order easily through the tracking link sent via SMS.
