What is the return policy?
Refund Policy:
We accept refund requests within 24 hours of receiving your order. The courier will give you the refund upon collecting the item, provided it is in good condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
Exchange Policy:
We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order. The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days. Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with original packaging. Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable.
Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted exchange/refund requests. All orders are subject to only one post-purchase action.
When will I get my order?
Orders usually take between 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. Every order has 3 delivery attempts. The courier will try to contact you by phone up to 3 times — if there is no response or the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us. You can track your order through the tracking link sent to you via SMS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
